Bavarian Condos were built in 2001, by the Bavarian Owners Corp.These two buildings have been a great place to live for many married couples and families. The main market is for married students who go to BYU or UVU. 

 

There are two buildings and a parking garage that make up the Bavarian Complex. Each building has five floors. Each floor has 4 apartments on each floor. 

 

Bavairan Condos are very close to BYU. Only a ten minute walk. Also, It is close to The University Mall and Y Mountain. Gold's Gym is around the corner. It is a good central location.
