Rules and Facts you need to know!

 

• All the units are non-smoking

• The visitor parking is on the bottom floor of the parking complex

• Visitor parking is 4 hours only

• If a car is parked in your spot write a note telling them to leave and if they return please contact the manager and he will get them towed

• All spam mail needs to be thrown away, not thrown on the ground

• The hallways and breezeways need to be cleared. That means no trash bags 

• Trashbags should not be thrown from the top of the parking structure into the garbage. If you need to throw something away please walk down and throw it away like a normal person. If caught a $50 fine will be placed on your account

• If you are painting something for a project please take it to the grass and use a tarp or newspaper to place under it. If you do not follow these instructions you will pay for the clean up

• Please be quiet after 10PM everynight

• Remember that the walls are not exactly sound proof. 

• If someone is noisy please talk to them before complaining to the Manager. Most people do not know they are noisy.

• If it is late at night and someone is loud you have the right to call the police

• Do not use the managers personal phone number to contact him
